Kids Pool Slide Structure (Supply & Installation) Quantity: 1 Assembly/Unit 1. Site Preparation:
Clear the designated installation area for the pool slide. Ensure the ground is level, stable, and meets safety regulations.
2. Design and Materials Selection:
Finalize the design of the timber structure according to the required dimensions and safety standards. Select high-quality, durable, and weather-resistant timber materials suitable for outdoor use.
3. Timber Frame Construction:
Fabricate the timber frame, including vertical supports, horizontal beams, and the slide structure. Treat timber for resistance against water, termites, and rot. Assemble the frame and fix it securely to the ground.
4. Slide Installation:
Install the slide surface (usually made from fiberglass or plastic) onto the timber structure. Ensure the slide has smooth edges, a safe incline, and a proper water flow system.
5. Safety Features:
Install safety rails, non-slip steps, and any other safety features as per regulations. Ensure that all parts are free of sharp edges, splinters, or any other hazards.
6. Final Inspection:
Conduct a thorough inspection to ensure the structure is stable, secure, and meets all safety requirements. Test the slide for proper slide quality, and safety features.
7. Cleaning and Handover:
Clean up the installation site. Provide any necessary maintenance instructions and warranties.

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless:
(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and
(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
