What We’re Looking For


  • A proven track record of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in a supervisory or managerial Kids Club role, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning Service Quality.
  • A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a Sensational Guest Experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
  • Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a ‘FIVE-Star’ Experience for our Guests, even under pressure.
  • Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
  • Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with Fellow ‘FIVERs.’
  • An elevated and energetic Conversationalist, engaging Guests with lively discussions.
  • A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.

Key Responsibilities


  • Ensures the Kids Club maintains a ‘FIVE-Styled’ Ambiance, with an Exquisite level of Cleanliness and Order at all times.
  • Expertly manages, tracks and receives supplies, ensuring they are readily available for Kids’ Club Team Members.
  • Organises and controls groups of children up to capacity with appropriate ‘FIVERs, creating a Sensational Experience for each child.
  • Leads by Example in providing Excellent Customer Service, fostering Strong Relationships within the Kids Club Team.
  • Implements Training, Supervision, and Evaluations of Kids Club FIVERs.’
  • Communicates with the FIVE Tribe, SeniorManagement, and Heads of Department to facilitate Kids Club events.
  • Tracks Payroll, Revenue, and Expense budgets with a keen Eye for Detail, contributing to the Financial well-being of the Kids Club.
  • Organises, arranges, and oversees all Kids Club special events, birthday parties, and holiday events (Halloween, Easter, Christmas Gala, etc.) providing an Insta-Worthy and Memorable experience for Young Guests.
  • Coordinates the Kids Club Activity Calendar, playing a key role in developing, evaluating, and improving activities, Infusing Excitement into every planned event.
  • Appropriately communicates with parents and addresses concerns, ensuring a Personalised Understanding of individual Needs.
