Job Description

Rixos Al Mairid is looking for an energetic and creative Kids Club Entertainer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will design and lead engaging activities for children, ensuring a fun and safe environment. You will be responsible for organizing games, arts and crafts, and other recreational activities, adapting to different age groups and interests. Your goal is to create memorable experiences for our young guests, contributing to the overall family-friendly atmosphere of the resort.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Russian. Proficiency in additional languages like German, Italian, or French is a plus, with a language allowance provided.
• Experience: Experience in a similar role, preferably in a resort or family-oriented environment, is highly appreciated.
• Skills: Creativity, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills are essential. Ability to work with children of various ages in a fun and engaging way.
• Personal Attributes: Energetic, patient, and passionate about working with children.

• Compensation: 3,500 AED Basic Salary, 400 AED Service Charge, 250 AED Language Allowance (for Russian, German, Italian, or French).
• Accommodation: Shared accommodation (2 pax in 1 room) provided by the hotel.
• Meals: Duty meals provided.
