Key Accounts Executive - MarketingJob DescriptionThe Key Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing key client accounts at Born28, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management strategies. Key Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed about project status and changes Maintain project trackers to monitor progress, deadlines, and deliverables Keep records of due dates and milestones, proactively identifying any risks of delays Organize and prioritize project tasks to ensure timely completion while adhering to project timelines Review project outputs to ensure they meet established standards and align with the scope of work Conduct quality checks on deliverables to verify compliance with project specifications and requirements Provide constructive feedback and work collaboratively with teams to address any discrepancies or areas for improvement Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings Work with the Key Accounts Manager to develop and implement mitigation strategies Skills Minimum of 2 years experience in project and account management or a related role Proven experience in coordinating with internal teams, ensuring alignment, and delivering results Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively both in English and in Arabic.
