This role will focus on improving patients’ access to JP products and securing public tenders from government institutions by building strong relationships with key decision-makers, developing winning strategies, and ensuring flawless execution. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., HCPs, procurement officers, government officials).
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory) and external stakeholders.
Negotiation & Influencing: Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to build consensus and achieve favorable outcomes.
