Job Description

Apt Resources is looking for a talented Key Accounts Manager to join their client's team. As a Key Accounts Manager, the responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Candidate should have excellent interpersonal, communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers. Candidate should be able to demonstrate our services and products through email, phone, and personal meetings. Ultimately, a candidate should be able to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to company’s rapid and sustainable growth.


Responsibilities:


  • To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Plan, develop and control sales and service programs
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
  • Mapping customer pain points and requirements with our strategic vendor and organizing technical sessions.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Must be able to travel to HQ in Dubai once a month to collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
