Overview of the role:
The Sales Consultant is primarily responsible for achieving and exceeding the targeted sales for our Material Handling Equipment division. This role involves maintaining an active customer profile database, conducting regular customer visits, and ensuring top customer satisfaction levels.
What you will do:
Maintain an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date. Conduct regular customer/field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships. Achieve/exceed monthly/annual sales targets while maximizing the profitability of the branch. Ensure that the customer’s expectations always meet or exceed the set standards. Attend all sales meetings and modular training sessions, refresher courses that introduce new products. Stay aware of competitor activities and discuss the data with the branch Sales Manager. Document and maintain all records.
Required skills to be successful:
Strong knowledge of Sales process. High School Diploma is a must; bachelor’s degree desired. UAE Driving license. Quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency. Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage. Negotiation skills, customer service skills, effective communication, and influencing skills.
