Job Description

The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the hospitality and accommodation industry, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.   2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  9. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients.
