Job Description
A leading Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting multiple Key Account Managers to be based in the UAE.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Developing and building key business relationships within the region.
- Ensuring achievement of the objectives set for each assigned account and delivery of the required financial results.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with external stakeholders.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives.
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- Minimum 2 years of key account management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Possesses a strong network in Hospitals (private and government)/ Retail (Pharmacy channel).
- Must have 4 – 5 years of experience in the UAE market.
- Strong stakeholder management experience (Purchasers/ Pharmacists/ Procurement, etc).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
