Account Manager – Experienced
TOTAL SALARY: 20,508 AED –  26,582 AED


2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Visit Key Account Clients ·       Conduct visits on the assigned portfolio

·       Resolve the complains


·       Gather market intelligence


·       Resolve payment issues


·       Update market feedback on Salesforce


·       Focal point of contact for end to end service for a given portfolio


·       60 meetings per month

·       Report complaints within 24 hours


·       100% Accuracy in reporting



Identify potential business opportunities ·       Identify sister concerns and subsidiary companies

·       New requirements


·       Contract renewal


·       Negotiate on the prices


·       Send quotations for potential business opportunities


·       Additional monthly recurring revenue (MRR) – $5000

·       35%  profitability margin



Retention of portfolio revenue ·       Actively engaging with customers

·       Resolving customer complaints


·       Suggest innovative ideas


·       Reduce turn around time of a complaint


·       90% of portfolio revenue per annum

·       72 hours to resolve a customer’s complaint



Renewal of Contracts ·       Maintain a tracker for contact renewal

·       Contact the customer 30 days prior to contract expiry


·       Maintain profitability margin of 35%


·       Update the renewed contract in sales force.


·       95% of the contacts are Renewed
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) ·       Exercise due diligence towards health and safety of self and others in the organization

·       Comply with the applicable HSE procedures, instructions, requirements, standards received from regulatory and statutory bodies


·       Proactively report superior occurrences, events, violations and acts that may impact employee health, safety or environment


·       100% compliance
Risk management ·       Analyse current risks and identify potential risks in the area of responsibility

·       Report the risk tailored to the relevant audience


·       Build risk awareness amongst team by providing support and training


·       Well defined risk in the result area

·       On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) reporting



3. EXPERIENCE
·       Minimum of 4 years’ experience in customer facing role

·       Minimum of 3 years’ experience in MENA region
