Full-time Middle East & Africa Dubai Kearney, Working Capital Specialist/ Project Controller, Dubai Office office, you will be supporting the local leadership and consultants with a focus predominantly on the Middle East region. As part of the Client Finance & Operations team you will be responsible for the financial controlling activity of a collection of projects and ultimately delivering accurate WIP / AR accounting balances for all projects within your practice. You will play an important role in owning the quality of the SAP project information within the engagement lifecycle, alongside the project teams. Key responsibilities Work with Kearney project teams to understand the client/job and support them where required. Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies as well as regulatory and statutory requirements. Who you are • Have a minimum 5 years in a similar role. Professional services industry experience desirable Have a strong knowledge of Working Capital cycle and WIP/AR accounting Possess strong excel skills and a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is desirable.
