This role is a 6-months fixed term contract to provide maternity cover.Key responsibilitiesWho you are • Have 4+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational environment dealing with people, employees, or business stakeholders • Have experience with engagement, people care combined with analytical mindset are preferred for this role • Have strong written and verbal communication skills • Have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Possess independent organizational and prioritizing skills • Have high learning agility, with the ability to learn fast and adapt. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight time lines • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask. Drive, ownership and accountability. • Have the ability to engage with senior level stakeholders and to operate in a high-pressure environment maintaining professionalism and confidentiality • Have proficiency in MS Office package; Strong Excel (ability to build up spread sheets and run basic analysis (Vlook ups and Pivot tables).
