Job Description

Sia Partners is looking for bright and highly motivated consultants committed to building relationships and delivering results. We are interested in people with excellent track records during their education as well as successful and relevant job experiences.


As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients and will have to assume following responsibilities (but not limited to):


  • Business processes diagnostic, mapping & reengineering
  • Functional specifications definition
  • Change management
  • Performance management (KPI) design & implementation
  • Intelligent data analysis & structuring
  • Benchmarks
  • People interviews
  • Workshop animation

Qualifications
  • Strong academic background (e.g. Engineering and/or Business) from a top-tier university or 1-2 years' experience in technology, research, innovation environments
  • Formal project delivery experience or similar
