Job Description

As a Junior Resourcer at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team in finding the best talent for our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates and Admin tasks for various job positions. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the TA manager with administrative and recruitment duties.
  2. Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn and job portals.
  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  4. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role.
  5. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on the hiring process.
