Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior ERP Analyst to support our business process and ERP initiatives. In this role, you'll assist in documenting requirements, preparing technical materials, and supporting system testing—especially for modules related to sales, KPIs, and bonuses.

Ideal for someone starting out in business analysis or ERP, this position offers hands-on experience with cross-functional teams and a clear path to grow into a bridge role between business and IT.

• Support in business process documentation and requirement collection.
• Assist senior analysts with ERP system configuration.
• Prepare process diagrams, task descriptions, and technical documentation.
• Help with testing and implementation (especially sales, KPI, and bonus modules).
• Communicate with internal users and IT teams.

• Basic understanding of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excel skills, basic data handling.
• Education or experience in business analysis, project management, or ERP is a plus.
• Eagerness to grow into a bridge role between business and IT.
