The Main Event: What you'll do Huspy is seeking a Junior HR Operations Specialist to join our Dubai team. In this role, you’ll support the People Operations team in delivering effective HR services as we scale our business in the region.
HR Operations Support:
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Support the visa and labor card processing for new hires and current employees.
- Help manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees, providing timely assistance.
Compliance and Record Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date HR databases and employee records.
The Perfect Match: What you bring- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations
- Knowledge of UAE local labor laws is a must requirement
- Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies that improve HR efficiency
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
