NRS Relief is looking for a dynamic Junior Graphic Designer, highly motivated with expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, and 3D software, to support our in-house Marketing & Communications team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong for design and the ability to bring concepts to life through visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating visually compelling designs for specification sheets and manuals.
Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to develop creative concepts and design solutions.
Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
Support the design team in various tasks such as image editing, retouching, and layout adjustments.
Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and project requirements.
Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.Assist all departments with any design-related requests in given deadlines
Requirements
A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
At least 4 years’ experience as a free-lance or in-house graphic designer is preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English, both oral and writing is preferred.
A creative mindset with a passion for design.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
Some experience or internship in a graphic design role is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is a bonus.
