Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Finance Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting tasks while gaining hands-on experience in corporate finance and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and invoices.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and data entry in accounting systems.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and processing payments.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support audits, tax filings, and other financial processes as needed.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in finance/accounting is preferred.
