The Junior Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of administrative and financial operations. This role involves handling financial transactions, managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating office activities, and providing support to the team.


What this job involves:
  • Provide assistance in financial management, including accounts payable and receivable, budget preparation/monitoring, and financial reporting.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist in budget preparation, tracking expenses, and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Conduct periodic reconciliations of financial data and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee expense claims.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, organizing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in maintaining personnel records and supporting HR functions

  • 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Google applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance is an advantage.
