JOB DESCRIPTION:
Junior Digital Marketing & Multimedia Creation Associate


Starting: Immediate


Working Environment: In-person ONLY


Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates


Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM


Salary: Base AED 2000 (Commissions negotiable)


Roles and responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination:


- Coordinate to develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with project based marketing goals.


- Define target audiences, key messages, and content themes.


- Manage and coordinate the production of content from conception to delivery.


2. Content Creation and Curation:


- Create engaging and shareable content across different platforms. 


- Support the creation and optimization of digital content across all platforms.


- Work closely with content creators, writers, designers, and other team members to ensure the production of multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, webinars, and interactive experiences, from planning and scripting to filming, editing, and distribution.


3. Social Media Calendar Management:


- Plan and schedule content in advance using a content calendar and organizing and assisting with ad-hoc tasks as needed based on business priority.
Ensure a consistent posting schedule and timely response to current events.



4. Community Engagement:

- Foster and build a community around the brand on social media platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
5. Social Listening:

- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Use social listening tools to gain insights and respond appropriately.
- Ensure that all content meets the organization's quality standards and guidelines.
6. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to showcase results and insights.
7. Social Advertising:

- Execute paid social media advertising campaigns. Generate leads.
- Optimize ad performance based on data analysis.
8. Influencer Collaboration:

- Manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.
9. Digital Lead Generation:

- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing
strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead
generation across various digital channels.


- Assist in executing LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns,
including outreach, template design, content creation, list
segmentation, and performance analysis for maximum impact.



10. Trend Analysis:


- Stay abreast of social media trends and algorithm changes.


- Adapt strategies based on emerging trends to maintain
relevance.
11. Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with marketing, public relations, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Collaborate on cross-functional campaigns.
12. Platform Management:
- Stay knowledgeable about the features and algorithms of various social media platforms.
- Optimize content for each platform and experiment with different formats.
13. Brand Advocacy:

- Encourage and facilitate user-generated content that
promotes brand advocacy.
- Identify and engage with brand enthusiasts.
14. A/B Testing:


Conduct A/B testing on different types of content, posting
times, and ad creatives.
- Use results to refine and optimize social media strategies.


15. Budget Management:
Manage social media marketing budgets effectively.


16. Training and Education:
Stay updated on industry best practices and share knowledge
with the team.
