JOB DESCRIPTION:


Junior Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Associate

Starting: Immediate


Working Environment: In-person ONLY


Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates


Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM


Salary: Base AED 2000 (Commissions negotiable)


Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive and strategic plans to drive brand
awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.


2. Content Creation:
- Create high-quality and engaging content across various platforms,
including social media, videos, blog posts and more.


3. Audience Research:
- Work closely with Pupilar community and research to understand
target audiences, industry trends, and competitors to inform content
strategies.


4. Editorial Planning:
Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and
timely content production.


5. SEO & Digital Optimization:
- Optimize content to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance
brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across various digital
channels.


6. Multi-Channel Marketing:
- Implement content across multiple channels, considering the unique
characteristics of each platform. Support social media management
efforts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and
performance tracking across platforms like Facebook, Instagram,
Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.


7. Strong Brand Messaging:
- Ensure that all content aligns with the brand voice, messaging, and
positioning. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to
identify opportunities for brand expansion and differentiation.


8. Innovative Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated
marketing campaigns that leverage content effectively.


9. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to measure the
success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.


10. Social Media Content:
- Integrate content seamlessly into social media strategies, ensuring
consistency, engagement and brand growth.


11. Thought Leadership:
- Position the brand as a thought leader in the industry through insightful
and valuable content.


12. Captivating Video Production:
- Conceptualize and produce video content, ranging from short clips to
longer-form videos.


13. Email Marketing:
- Incorporate content into email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and
drip campaigns.


14. Collaboration:
- Work closely with directors, Pupilar community, graphic designers,
video editors, and other content creators to bring ideas to life.


15. A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B testing on different types of content, posting times, and
ad creatives. Use results to refine and optimize digital media strategies.


17. Content Distribution:
- Develop strategies for content distribution, including outreach,
partnerships, and influencer collaborations.


18. Customer Engagement:
- Foster engagement with the target audience through interactive
content, community and other strategies.


19. Budget Management:
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI metrics,
and use insights to iterate and optimize marketing strategies.


20. Trend Analysis & Continuous Learning:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing tools, technologies, and
trends, implementing innovative approaches.
