Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement and Advisory Support: Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Participate in meetings with clients to understand their regulatory needs and provide insights on regulatory matters. Assist in managing day-to-day client communications and deliverables. Regulatory Analysis and Research: Conduct in-depth research on relevant UAE regulations, industry standards, and international best practices. Interact with different government bodies and free zone authorities to obtain answers to queries, obtain information and latest updates. Analyze regulatory changes and assess their potential impact on clients' businesses. Stay informed on evolving compliance requirements and support clients in preparing for regulatory audits. Report Drafting and Documentation: Draft clear, structured advisory reports and regulatory guidance documents that summarize key findings, recommendations, and actionable insights. Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and regulatory analysis reports tailored to client-specific requirements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal quality standards. Project Support and Coordination: Support project managers in delivering regulatory consulting projects on time and within scope. Track project deliverables, timelines, and budgets, and prepare regular project updates for internal and client stakeholders. Contribute to the development of client proposals and project plans. Internal Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with internal teams to ensure regulatory knowledge and best practices are shared across projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and optimize advisory solutions. Participate in internal training sessions to deepen knowledge of regulatory trends and consulting methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. 1-3 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm (Big 4 experience preferred), ideally within a regulatory or compliance role. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and frameworks in the UAE. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of drafting high-quality reports. Demonstrated client management skills, with the ability to handle client interactions and deliver advisory support. Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in PowerPoint and Word for report drafting and presentations.Key Competencies: Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
