Job Title: Community Outreach

Salary: AED 2,000 per month (Base Salary)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Community Outreach to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding relationships with local communities, organizations, and stakeholders. You will play a key role in developing community programs, driving engagement, and representing the brand at events, all while fostering long-term connections with community members and leaders.

• Develop and implement community outreach programs and initiatives.
• Identify key community groups, organizations, and stakeholders to engage with.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, influencers, and partners.
• Represent the company at community events, forums, and networking activities.
• Manage and oversee community engagement campaigns across various platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align community outreach with company goals and values.
• Track, report, and analyze outreach efforts to ensure effectiveness and impact.
• Organize and execute events or programs that promote community involvement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with diverse communities and organizations.
• Ability to develop and execute outreach strategies and campaigns.
• Experience with social media platforms and community engagement tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Previous experience in community outreach, public relations, or event management is preferred.
