Job Description
About the job Junior Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing leads to convert them into clients.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify new markets, trends, and client needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Sales Support:
Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support business development efforts.
Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction.
Target Achievement:
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by actively engaging in business development activities.
Event Representation:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand its network.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback to senior management.
Requirements:
Experience:
23 years of experience in business development, sales, or event management.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Sales Skills:
Strong foundation in sales and business development, with a customer-focused approach.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
Proactive Attitude:
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, grow, and excel in business development.
Organizational Skills:
Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus.
Networking Skills:
Willingness to attend events and build meaningful professional connections.
