Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for
analyzing data, defining business requirements, and identifying opportunities
to improve processes and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional
teams to support project execution, from gathering requirements to
post-implementation reviews, ensuring that solutions align with business goals
and add value across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights and solutions.
• Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, increased efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Develop and document business requirements and workflows, ensuring alignment between technical and business teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and product development efforts.
• Leverage data analytics tools to extract, analyze, and interpret data, providing recommendations for process and system enhancements.
• Support decision-making by generating reports, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly communicate performance metrics and trends.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive alignment on project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress by tracking milestones, identifying potential risks, and ensuring on-time delivery of solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with the product, development, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and post-launch analysis of new systems and solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data to recommend changes that enhance business performance.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to propose solutions that are innovative and aligned with market demands.
• Support user training and adoption of new systems or processes, providing clear documentation and guidance.
RequirementsQualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on data analysis and process improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and experience with business intelligence systems.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience in documenting business processes and creating functional specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
• Experience in ecommerce and omnichannel business environments is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with multiple priorities.
