Job Description

As a Junior Fragrance Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our fragrance portfolio. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.


Key Responsibilities


Brand Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies for our fragrance lines, ensuring alignment with the overall brands vision.


Product Launches: Support the launch of new fragrance products, including market research, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.


Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and in-store activations, as well as influencer marketing and PR events. Act as a key point of contact for external partners (media & PR agencies) to ensure timely executions in line with budgets


Sales Analysis: Monitor sales performance and provide insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.


Competitor Analysis: Track competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.


Retail Partnerships: Collaborate with retail partners to maximize product visibility and sales. Develop and deliver brand presentations for retailer meetings. Organize VIP consumer events and masterclasses for key brand launches, in collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders: trade marketing, education, key accounts, merchandising, as well as external agencies


Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.


Forecasting & product registrations: oversee the forecasting process of new initiatives and product registrations for all markets


Planograms: quarterly updates of planograms according to market & retailer needs


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.


1-2 years of experience in brand management or a similar role.


Strong understanding of the fragrance industry and consumer trends.


Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Creative and innovative mindset.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience working in the fragrance, beauty luxury or fashion industry.


Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.


Experience in market research and data analysis.
