Job Description
We are a rapidly growing team in Abu Dhabi, dedicated to integrating advanced AI capabilities across our organization’s products. We are seeking an experienced and driven AI Engineer/Data Scientist to join our dynamic team.
Job responsibilities:
- Design, build, and evaluate AI models using diverse data streams, databases, and unstructured data to enhance analytics, predictions, and recommendation systems.
- Collaborate in designing and implementing our AI development infrastructure to enable rapid and robust creation of new AI capabilities.
- Develop and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities for conversational UX of our products.
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in data, and integrate additional data sources as necessary to enrich insights.
- Build decentral and edge computing deployed AI applications.
- Contribute to shaping AI strategy and roadmaps, aligning with business objectives.
- Thrive in a self-driven, start-up environment, contributing actively to project planning and execution.
Requirements:
- MSc or BSc with equivalent experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field;
- Track record in building machine learning models and statistical data analysis throughout the research, development, and deployment stages;
- Python experience with machine-learning algorithms, deep-learning models, and development tools;
- Ability to rapidly grasp new domains and address domain-specific challenges effectively.
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate AI approaches and solutions.
- Proficiency in mathematics, including statistics, algebra, and geometry.
- Experience in exploratory data analysis to extract meaningful insights.
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills. Able to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way.

- Team player experienced in working in agile environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Passion for AI development and technology in general
- Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
