We are seeking a passionate marketing and advertising copywriter to join our inhouse team of Marketing experts.
The Advertising Copywriter collaborates across the marketing team, to support the development of impactful and engaging copy which inspires our audiences to act. Responsible for writing marketing materials from web copy, social advertising, company flyers and email communications through to social media captions. The Advertising Copywriter will take the overall brand, key messages and tone/style guidance and ensure it is applied across all materials for all brands within the haus & haus Group.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop headlines & copy for use in marketing materials across all channels, including “day to day” web, flyer and advertising as required across the marketing team. Review of copy created for social and email channels to ensure consistency and alignment with corporate style and tone. Provide recommendations on ways to best engage different target audiences with relevant key messages and powerful call to action. Collaborate with the SEO and Performance Marketing team to incorporate appropriate keywords and sales triggers into copy. Proofread copy for accuracy and quality assurance. Develop and update content in support of haus & haus key priorities, including investment guides, property guides, and market insights.
Skills and Experience:
3+ years working as an English (British) Copywriter, either in an in-house marketing team or with a marketing/PR agency in Dubai. Demonstrated skills in writing content in different styles including more colloquial and conversational English in digital channels, to more formal communication in reports etc. Understanding and experience in writing that engages audiences and drives actions, such as SEO and Lead Generation campaigns. Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and translate requests into clear copy that is consistent in messaging, style and tone. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and quality control. Experience in real estate and professional services a bonus. Candidates who are already based in Dubai and have experience in the local market will have a distinct advantage.
