Job Description

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. ( Prefere Female Keralites)
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Data Entry: Enter financial transactions into accounting software (TALLY PRIME) and maintain detailed records of all transactions.
  • Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to customers and clients, ensuring timely payment.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Proficient in Tally Prime & MS Outlook
