The Fully Funded Jumeirah Al Naseem Internship in the UAE offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals to build their careers in the hospitality and tourism industry. Eligibility for Naseem Internship
Previous internship experience in a 5-star hotel is preferred, but not mandatory. A student in a hospitality school or a recent graduate. Fluent in English and an additional international language is a plus. Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Duties of the intern
The internship is in the F&B services area. The main duties of the intern are:
Anticipate and address guest needs: Proactively identify and fulfill guest requests, including those with special dietary or accessibility requirements.
Provide personalized service: Offer tailored recommendations and create memorable experiences for every guest.
Maintain high standards: Adhere to Madinat Jumeirah’s service standards and SOPs to ensure consistent quality.
Resolve issues promptly: Efficiently address guest concerns and strive to exceed their expectations.
Represent the venue with pride: Be the face of the venue, welcoming and farewelling guests warmly.
