Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the joinery sector.
Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and end clients.
Sales Growth:Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client consultations and follow-ups.
Product Knowledge:Present detailed information about our joinery products, materials, and finishes, showcasing their quality and craftsmanship.
Quotations and Negotiation:Prepare and deliver accurate project proposals, quotes, and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.
Market Insights:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide informed recommendations.
RequirementsExperience:Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in joinery, furniture, or a related field. Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Networking Ability:Existing contacts in the construction, interior design, and architectural industries are a plus. Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly. Negotiation:Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully. Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with joinery processes, materials, and finishes.
