Bait Al Najah Metals Trading L.L.C is seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator & Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling office administration tasks as well as making and receiving calls related to our scrap trading business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administration duties.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, addressing client inquiries.
- Coordinate with clients and manage communication.
- Maintain and organize records and files.
- Assist in daily office operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
