Job Opportunity: Sales Director – Refreshment Industry (Abu Dhabi)
Adecco, on behalf of our client in the refreshment industry based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead the company’s sales operations and drive revenue growth.
About the Role:
The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the company meets its revenue and market share objectives. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will play a key part in shaping the company’s commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular performance reports to senior management.
- Pricing and Negotiation: Develop competitive pricing strategies and lead high-level negotiations with clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings to enhance its market presence.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Extensive experience in sales leadership, preferably in the refreshment or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends and data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
