As a Job Evaluation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the entire job evaluation process, ensuring it aligns with organisational goals while providing expert advice to key stakeholders on job grading and alignment.

Description
Contribute to the development and implementation of the function's strategy, policies, and annual budget.Conduct and oversee the complete job evaluation process, including feedback and post-review action plans.Offer expert consultation on job grading and evaluation methodologies to ensure equity and consistency across entities.Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions with job evaluation practitioners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Lead audits and provide guidance on maintaining transparent job evaluation systems and accurate classification.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldHay or Korn Ferry methodology certifications are highly preferred.Extensive experience in job evaluation and human resource management, with a proven track record of process improvement.Expertise in job evaluation methodologies, supported by strong analytical and grading skills.Skilled in conducting training sessions and workshops, with excellent communication and facilitation abilities.Proficiency in English and Arabic, with a commitment to continuous learning in job evaluation and HR practices.
