We are currently seeking IT Field Technicians to join our team and support our restaurant and Cloud Kitchen Operations in maintaining their Point-of-Sale (POS), printers, networks, CCTV systems, laptops, and other peripherals. + Support: Provide on-site technical support for restaurant, Cloud Kitchens, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of POS systems, printers, networks, CCTV cameras, laptops, and other IT equipment.
+ Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and equipment in restaurants.
+ and Configuration: Install and configure new hardware and software components, including POS terminals, printers, network devices, and CCTV cameras, according to the operational need.
+ Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by restaurant staff promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.
+ : Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, installations, and maintenance activities performed at each restaurant location.
+ Communication: Communicate effectively with restaurant managers and staff to understand their IT requirements, provide technical assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
+ and Support: Provide training and support to restaurant staff on the use of IT systems and equipment, including POS terminals and software applications.
+ : Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing IT support, preferably in a field service or helpdesk environment.
+ Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to POS systems, printers, networks, CCTV systems, and laptops. Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems is desirable.
+ License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory for this role.
+ Service: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
+ : Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to multiple restaurant locations within the designated area.

Recruitment Process and Timeline
First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.
If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.
Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
