Job Description

  • Retrieval of equipment for maintenance/repair and delivery of new/repaired equipment.
  • Participate actively in the hardware and software rollout process to conduct fluent product releases.
  • Prepare accurate paperwork and facilitate the in-house team in carrying out technical evaluations.
  • Engage in the effective rollout process of the company's product or service launch.

Skills

  • Experience with mobile device software troubleshooting (iOS, Android, Windows Phone).
  • Well-versed in deploying customized images of OS for the purpose of enabling a rapid computer setup.
  • Proven record of exhibiting excellent image deployment tasks at an enterprise level.
  • Adept in attending to remotely installing, upgrading, and repairing requests of individual computer parts.
