Job Title: IT Systems & Network Administrator
We are looking for a highly skilled
IT Systems & Network Administrator with expertise in
Microsoft Technologies (Office 365, Azure, Security Solutions) and
Networking (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.) and
Endpoint Solutions (Crowdstrike , Sentinel One etc). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing cloud and on-premise IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Technologies (Office 365 & Azure)
Administer and manage
Office 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, etc.).
Configure and maintain
Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, Active Directory, and resource groups.
Manage
Microsoft Intune and security policies for endpoint protection.
Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions for cloud and on-prem environments.
Provide support and troubleshooting for Microsoft applications and services.
Networking & Security
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot
Cisco and Fortinet networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
Manage
wireless network solutions and ensure seamless connectivity across the organization.
Implement
network security best practices, including VPNs, access control policies, and firewalls.
Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure
high availability and security.
Manage
LAN, WAN, and VLAN configurations to enhance infrastructure performance.
Technical Support & IT Operations
Provide
Level 2/3 technical support for end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
Perform
server administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Conduct
IT security assessments and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
Work on
IT projects such as migrations, system upgrades, and cloud adoption strategies.
Requirements
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in
Microsoft Office 365 Administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.). Hands-on experience with
Azure services, including AD, Virtual Machines, and Networking. Proficiency in
Cisco networking (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs). Experience with
Fortinet security solutions (FortiGate firewalls, FortiAPs, FortiSwitches). Knowledge of
wireless networking technologies and enterprise Wi-Fi solutions. Familiarity with
PowerShell scripting for automation in Microsoft environments. Strong understanding of
IT security best practices (firewalls, intrusion detection, endpoint security).
Qualifications & Experience
🎓
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
💼
5-7 years of hands-on experience in IT administration and networking.

Certifications Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Cisco CCNA / CCNP
Fortinet NSE4+
CompTIA Network+ / Security+
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
