About the job IT Support Staff
Requirements:Diploma/ Degree in in computer science, information technology, or similar.Minimum years of experience 2-5 years experience as an IT support specialistIn-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users. Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics. Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security. Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
Responsibilities:He/she is responsible to perform regular check-ups or inspections in networking devices, AV infrastructure, and other IT/AV related peripherals.Provides technical assistance and troubleshooting on hardware/software issues.Ensure printer management configuration and other scanning devices.Setting up Apple devices (Laptop, IPAD, Mobile phones & Apple TV) and AV systems including other peripheralsDoing backup & restoration of IOS platform devices if requiredSetting up projectors, and sound systems as per request.Setting up gaming devices for the kids for their personal use & Events.Installation & updating of application software as required with management approval.Setting up the operating system (windows XP,7,8 & 10,11 & MAC OSX)Assist in the actual events for technicalities and sometimes printing/laminating/labellingPerform any other related duties as required and asked by the reporting manager.
