Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient IT Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our organization's technology infrastructure and providing exceptional technical support to our employees.


  • Respond to and resolve IT-related issues through our ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective solutions
  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related problems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues for both Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals
  • Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect company data and systems
  • Conduct regular system updates and patches to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Offer remote support to employees using various tools and technologies
  • Document technical solutions and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes and enhance user experience
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and new technologies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices and implementation
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (preferred)
  • Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and support processes
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support critical IT operations
