Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Electronics or a related field
2. Strong knowledge of operating systems like Windows, macOS, and
Linux.
3. Experience in installing and maintaining computers, printers, and network devices.
4. Foundational understanding of network concepts like TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
5. Knowledge of basic information security principles and security procedures.
6. Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in person.
7. Resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
8. Manage and follow up on the technical support system and ensure quick resolution.
9. Analyse and diagnose complex technical problems and identify root
causes.
10. Provide permanent and innovative solutions in recurring problems.
