Job Description

Assisting in the installation of hardware updates upgrades or fixes.Carry out in-depth technical research for the designated tasks and create detailed recommendation reports.Prepare accurate paperwork and facilitate the in-house team in carrying out technical evaluations.Facilitating the proper installment of hardware upgrades and associated activities.

Skills

Skilled in remotely installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing (at the component level) any of the personal computers.Skilled in fixing issues pertaining to smartphone applications and software.Proficient in catering to IT software installation and fault finding as per demand.Adept in attending to remotely installing, upgrading, and repairing requests of individual computer parts.
