Job Description

  • Assisting users to identify and correct hardware and software problems.
  • Follow all the norms and points per the Information Technology Infrastructure Library for a fluent management process.
  • Comply with the ITIL process for service-oriented management and agreement activities.
  • Contributing to the required maintenance activities of hardware components for aiding effective delivery of the same.

Skills

  • Capable of installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing (at the component level) any of the personal computers in the assets inventory.
  • Well-versed in deploying customized images of OS for the purpose of enabling a rapid computer setup.
  • Proficient in catering to IT software installation and fault finding as per demand.
  • Remarkable command on the installation of computer OS and handling client software on the network.
