Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WordPress web development, SEO, and IT infrastructure, along with a strong understanding of basic networking and system troubleshooting. This role requires someone who can handle diverse responsibilities, including website management, technical support, and IT systems setup.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development & SEO:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize websites using WordPress.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, create meta tags, and optimize website content for SEO.
Networking & IT Systems:
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and MAN networks.
- Set up and maintain servers, including troubleshooting issues.
- Install and configure PABX systems for telecommunication.
- Provide basic networking support, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Install and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
- Set up and maintain IT infrastructure, including printers, scanners, and biometric devices.
- Configure and maintain CCTV cameras, ensuring seamless video surveillance systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot attendance devices and fingerprint scanners.
Design & Content:
- Create basic designs for digital and print using Canva.
- Assist with creating visually appealing content for company marketing initiatives.
Skills
Familiarity with off-page SEO techniques, including backlinking and content outreach.
Experience in managing IT-related projects.
Certifications in networking or IT infrastructure
