Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is plus.
Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other network security tools.
Proficiency with various operating systems
Understanding of threat modelling, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.
Familiarity with encryption, authentication, and other security protocols.
Knowledge of security frameworks like NIST, COBIT, or CIS Controls.
Knowledge of ethical hacking techniques and penetration testing can be advantageous.
Ability to adapt to new systems and processes as the company evolves.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
