What You'll Do
Lead and manage the Business Enablement Center of Excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using Generative AI.
Ensure alignment of IT projects with business objectives and strategic goals.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
Manage the Center of Excellence team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Collaborate across the tech teams, including IT Operations, Enterprise Technology, and Information Security.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI and IT project management.
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 years experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a Business Enablement or Center of Excellence environment.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their applications in business.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
Experience with the following tools is a plus:
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Copilot / Copilot Studio
Microsoft Modern Workplace Stack
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
