Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the timely and effective delivery of IT services.
- Identify areas for improvement in IT service management processes and implement enhancements.
- Coordinate the resolution of complex IT issues and incidents.
- Oversee change management processes to minimize disruptions to IT services.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT service delivery.
- Work closely with CX team on volumetric customer complaints triggered from failures in the bank IT systems for remediation and service improvement plans.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to understand strategic, tactical, and operational challenges, define technology solutions to address Business objectives.
Required qualifications & experience
- 3-4 years of similar job experience
- University degree (preferably in IT / Engineering field)
- International exposure will be an added advantage
- Experience in high-end Tech companies, Banks, Consulting firms
- Earlier experience in IT service management roles, such as IT service desk manager or IT operations manager.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams in an IT environment.
- Experience managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Earlier involvement in change management initiatives within IT organizations.
- Experience coordinating the resolution of IT incidents and minimizing service disruptions.
