Purpose of the job:
This role includes managing and maintaining Office 365 products, administering service applications, providing user support and troubleshooting, implementing security measures, optimizing system performance, and managing backup and recovery processes. The administrator works closely with other IT teams, maintains detailed documentation, and provides regular reports on system performance and security. Additionally, they utilize strong PowerShell scripting knowledge to automate tasks and streamline processes, configure and manage network components.
 
Key Accountabilities:
System Uptime Percentage:
Target: Maintain 99.9% or higher uptime for all managed systems and applications, including Office 365, AD, DNS, DFS, Exchange on-premises, PABX, and PAM.
Incident Response Time:
  Target: Respond to and resolve 90% of user support tickets within 4 hours of reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor&rsquo s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field / Certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco
Experience in Microsoft-365 administration  (Virtualization, Azure, Exchange online, Teams, SharePoint, Planner
Must have PowerShell scripting language, knowledge in JavaScript, CSS and HTML 
Experience in PABX (telephonic systems like 3CX, CISCO, AVAYA)
Help-desk administration solutions experience
Cloud & Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Oracle Cloud platforms).  Networking: CISCO, Forti-gate firewall
