Relevant Experience in IT Operations.
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of networking basics and hardware components.
Providing technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals.
Proven experience in a helpdesk or IT support role.
Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications
