Tasks and powers:
1- Installing and inspecting electronic and smart devices in the college and performing periodic maintenance for them.
2- Implementing plans to replace electronic and smart devices in the college according to approved plans.
3- Following up on the provision of all electronic network requirements within the college and ensuring the readiness of all employees to communicate administratively, academically and technically with each other on digital network programs, and their ability to carry out work digitally and electronically, within the college and remotely in emergency situations.
4- Providing technical support to users.
5- Following up on network problems and working to solve them.
6- Assisting in developing the technological infrastructure for the college's management and academic activities, and extending communication networks, software and devices within the college, in order to meet the computing needs of the administration and the academic environment.
7- Working to provide the requirements for the Information Technology Division.
8- Writing periodic reports on the readiness of the electronic, digital and smart environment in the college and ways to develop it.
9- Any other related tasks assigned by the head of the division.
