IT Manager



Dubai IT Development โ€“ IT Development / Perm, Full Time / Hybrid The Titan Group provides a broad range of services across the whole wealth value chain โ€“ from financial planning, investment management through to platform, trading, settlement and custody services. This role is for our international pillar, Titan Wealth International (TWI), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.



The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily IT operations at TWI. This position requires the individual to provide comprehensive technical support, manage the companyโ€™s IT assets and procurement processes, and ensure the security and efficiency of the entire IT infrastructure.
The candidate will need to possess substantial expertise in Office 365 administration, SharePoint, networking, security, and various other IT systems. Their proficiency in these areas will be essential in maintaining the IT environment and supporting the TWI team effectively. They will need to have strong management skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities to address any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration & Support


+ Oversee and manage the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Teams Telephony.
+ Administer Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including user provisioning, security policies, and access controls.
+ Monitor and maintain Microsoft Defender, Intune, and security policies to ensure compliance and protection.
+ Provide end-user support for M365 applications, including troubleshooting, user training, and issue resolution.

Network & Infrastructure Management:


+ Maintain and troubleshoot on-premises Active Directory (AD), including GPOs, user accounts, and authentication policies.
+ Manage File Servers, including permissions, backups, and storage optimization.
+ Ensure network stability, performance, and security across LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
+ Collaborate with third-party vendors and ISPs for network maintenance and improvements.
+

IT Support & Service Management:


+ Act as the escalation point for IT support issues, providing Level 2/3 troubleshooting.
+ Oversee and optimize IT service desk processes, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and end-user satisfaction.
+ Document IT processes, solutions, and troubleshooting guides for both internal use and end-user reference.
+ Conduct regular system health checks, patch management, and hardware/software upgrades.

Security & Compliance:


+ Implement and manage security best practices, including MFA, conditional access, and data loss prevention (DLP).
+ Monitor and respond to security alerts related to M365, network, and server infrastructure.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal IT policies.
+

IT Management & Project Involvement:


+ Assist in IT strategy and planning, providing recommendations for technology improvements.
+ Lead and execute small-to-medium IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
+ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff
+ Manage IT procurement, working with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing of IT equipment and services.

Grandstream PBX Telephony Management:


+ Manage and maintain Grandstream PBX, ensuring seamless business communications.
+ Troubleshoot telephony issues and work with vendors on upgrades and maintenance.

Job Requirements



+ Minimum 3 years in IT management, technical support, and infrastructure administration.
+ Minimum bachelorโ€™s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
+ Hands-on experience with Office 365 (email, SharePoint, OneDrive) administration.
+ Knowledge of Grandstream PBX and VoIP systems.
+ Proficiency in managing and maintaining IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
+ Expertise in managing Mac & Microsoft applications such as Office 365, email, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
+ Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN configurations.
+ Knowledge of IT security practices, including antivirus solutions, firewall management, and email security.
+ Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
+ Understanding of IT compliance and data security regulations.
+ Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems and infrastructure.
